  • 1 cup organic heavy cream (or coconut cream for a lighter, dairy-sensitive option)
  • 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp grass-fed butter (for greasing)

  • 1 cup walnuts, lightly toasted
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
