Instructions
1. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
2. Add carrots, celery, sweet potato, and zucchini; cook 5 minutes.
3. Add lentils/chickpeas, broth, turmeric, thyme, salt and pepper.
4. Simmer 25â30 minutes.
